All-over print shirts, dyed into the fabric

What "all-over" actually means here
Most custom shirts are printed in a box: a rectangle on the chest, maybe a second one on the back. The rest of the shirt is blank because the print method works on flat, limited areas.
Sublimation works differently. The design is printed for the whole garment, so the artwork runs edge to edge — over the shoulders, down the sleeves, across the back — as one continuous graphic. A pattern stays a pattern. A photo or illustration is not cropped into a rectangle. The shirt is the canvas, all of it.
How it works
In sublimation, heat turns the ink into a gas. The gas dyes the polyester fibers directly, so the design becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on it. That one fact explains everything else about the finished shirt:
- Nothing to crack or peel. There is no ink film on the surface, so there is nothing to break down in the wash.
- You cannot feel the print. Run a hand across a fully printed panel and it feels like plain fabric, because it is — the color lives in the fibers.
- Full color with no color count. Gradients, photographs and fine detail print the same way flat color does; the design is not priced per color.
- Light and quick-drying. The base garment is 100% polyester, which is why this method is standard for sports shirts and esports jerseys.
What all-over printing is good for
- Patterns and repeats — a design that wraps the whole shirt instead of sitting in a box on the chest
- Team and club shirts where the side panels, sleeves and back carry part of the design, including names and numbers
- Event and staff shirts where being visible from every angle is the point
- Small brands testing a full-garment design in a batch of 10–20 before committing to a larger run
Batches run from 10 to 200 pieces per design, so a test run and a full run use the same process.
The limits, honestly
Sublimation only works on polyester. We do not make cotton shirts, and there is no version of this process that does — the ink needs polyester fibers to dye.
Sublimation colors are transparent. On white and light fabrics, designs come out at full brightness. On darker fabrics, light colors in the artwork will not show the same way, because the fabric color sits underneath the ink. We offer 8 fabric colors to choose from, and the proof stage is where this gets handled: we show you the design on your chosen fabric color and flag any combination that will not show well — before production, while changing it costs nothing.
All-over also means the design has to be planned as a whole garment, not a single chest graphic scaled up. The digital proof shows the full shirt, and nothing is made until you approve it.

Common questions
What is an all-over print shirt?
A shirt printed seam to seam: the design covers the front, back and sleeves as one continuous graphic, instead of sitting in a rectangle on the chest.
How is all-over printing done?
By sublimation. Heat turns the ink into a gas that dyes the polyester fibers, so the design becomes part of the fabric across the whole garment — nothing sits on top of it to crack or peel.
Can I print a photograph or a gradient?
Yes. Sublimation prints full color, including gradients and photographic detail, without a per-color charge.
What are the limits of all-over sublimation printing?
It works only on polyester — no cotton. Colors are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we offer 8 fabric colors and flag any design and fabric combination that will not show well at the proof stage.
What is the minimum order and the price?
10 shirts per design, in batches up to 200. Shirts are $18 each for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address; 50–200 pieces are quoted on request.
