A first-year charity walk, a memorial 5K or a school fundraiser rarely needs 500 shirts. Our minimum is 10 per design and our range is 10 to 200, so you can order for your team, volunteers and early sign-ups without paying for boxes of leftovers.

Sponsor logos without per-color fees

Sponsor backs are where screen printing gets expensive: every color is another screen. Sublimation prints the whole design in full color at once, so a back covered in sponsor logos costs the same per shirt as a plain one.

Plan backwards from your event date

Most fundraiser shirt problems are timing problems: sponsors confirmed late, sizes collected late. Put your event date into the deadline calculator to see your last proof-approval date, then lock the sponsor list before it. Also see our event shirt checklist.

If you need more than 200 shirts, or you need them in under two weeks, we may not be the right fit, and we will tell you so.

Collecting names, numbers and sizes is usually the slowest part. Our free roster builder gives you one link to send to your group: everyone enters their own details, and you get a clean list with size totals and duplicate-number warnings.

Pricing

10–49 shirts: $18 per shirt, delivered duty paid (DDP): air shipping and US import duties included, nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. 50–200 shirts: quoted on request. Names and numbers on every shirt are included at no extra charge, and design help is free.

Timing

After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. Working to a fixed date? The deadline calculator shows the last day to approve your proof.

Honest limits

Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics. We offer 8 fabric colors; if a design and fabric color will not work together, we flag it at the proof stage, before anything is printed. The minimum is 10 shirts per design.
