Custom polo shirts for your staff, printed or embroidered

Polos that make a team look like a team
A polo is the uniform for people who meet customers: front desks, showrooms, clinics, delivery crews, event staff, golf days and trade-show booths. A clean logo on the chest, in your brand colors, does more for first impressions than any sign.
Two ways to put your logo on
- Embroidery: raised thread, a premium look that lasts, and it works on any fabric color, including navy and black. Best for a logo on the chest or sleeve.
- Print: for large or full-color designs, photos and gradients. Like all our sublimation work, it suits polyester and looks brightest on light fabrics.
Not sure? Send the logo and tell us where it will be worn; we recommend one on the proof. Very small text, thin lines and gradients do not stitch well, so for embroidery we simplify those and show you before anything is made.
Design it yourself
Pick the polo style in our free shirt designer, choose a fabric color, place your logo on the chest or sleeve and set it to embroidery or print. Download the mockup and send it to us for a proof. Collecting sizes and names from the team? Use the roster builder.
Pricing and timing
$25 per polo shirt for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address on one invoice from our US company. For 50–200 pieces, send your details for a per-shirt quote. An embroidered logo adds $3 per shirt; large-area embroidery (big front or back designs) is quoted separately, since it depends on the design and stitch count. You approve a digital proof first; then production and air delivery. Working to an opening day or an event? Check the deadline calculator and tell us your date.
Honest notes
The images above are concept mockups, not photos of finished orders. Fabric shades are confirmed with a swatch on your proof. We only stitch or print logos you own or have permission to use.
