Three cap styles, one simple price
Caps finish a uniform: the same logo on the shirt, the polo and the cap makes a crew of ten look like a team. Ours are made to order in small batches — pick a style and a color, send your logo, approve a digital proof, and we produce.
- A01 solid-color cap — the best seller. Polyester-cotton fabric, adjustable stainless-steel buckle strap, one size fits a 56–60 cm head circumference. The brim edge (sandwich trim) comes in matching or contrast colors — 29 catalog variants below.
- Two-tone caps — a contrast brim against the crown, for team and event colors: 18 combinations.
- Two-tone mesh trucker caps — a breathable mesh back for summer events, races and outdoor crews: 6 combinations.

Two-tone caps — 18 combinations
Crown color first, brim color second.
Mesh trucker caps — 6 combinations
First color: crown (front panels and mesh back). Second color: brim. The exact panel split is confirmed on your proof.
Your logo: embroidery included
The $9 price includes one embroidered logo — front center is the classic placement. Prefer print? A printed logo is the same price; choose on the proof. Large-area embroidery (oversized front or multi-location designs) is quoted separately, since it depends on the design and stitch count. Very small text and thin lines do not stitch well, so we simplify those and show you on the proof first.
Pricing and timing
$9 per cap for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address on one invoice from our US company: 10 caps are $90 delivered, 20 are $180, 49 are $441. For 50–200 pieces, send your details for a per-cap quote. Minimum 10 pieces per design. Pair them with polo shirts ($25) or staff shirts ($18) in the same order to complete the uniform. Tell us your date when you request a quote and we confirm delivery timing before you pay — small-batch apparel orders typically arrive about 2–3 weeks after proof approval.

Every variant has a DYEWAVE code: A01 solids are CAP-A01-01 to CAP-A01-29, two-tone caps CAP-TW-01 to CAP-TW-18 and trucker caps CAP-TR-01 to CAP-TR-06. Quote the code with your quantity and logo file and we reply with a proof and the $9 delivered price. Full list: product codes (CSV).
Honest notes
We only embroider or print logos you own or have permission to use — no team, league or brand logos without authorization. Fabric and finish details for the two-tone and trucker styles are confirmed on your proof.
