One design, everyone's name
The simplest and cheapest way: one design for the whole group, with each person's name or nickname on the back. On all-over shirts, names are free. A different shirt for the bride or the birthday person (a different color or wording) is a second design, with its own minimum.
Small groups
Most groups are 8 to 14 people. Logo shirts start at 10 per design at $18 each, and all-over shirts at 15. With fewer than 10 people, order 10 and keep spares for the partners, or as a gift.
Every DYEWAVE shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as shown. Everything else is printed exactly from the proof you approve.
Order about four weeks out
Delivery is about 14–19 days after you approve the proof, plus a few days for design and proof. Order about four weeks before the trip and ship to the organizer's address.
Logos you send must be yours to use
We print your own logo, artwork and names. We do not print photos of people without their consent, or celebrity, brand or cartoon characters. We do not print logos of professional teams, colleges or other brands without written permission from the owner.

DDP means air shipping and US import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. Design help and the digital proof are free.
Simpler option, logo customization: if you only need your logo printed or embroidered on a shirt, that is $18 per shirt for 10–49, also delivered duty paid, with a 10-shirt minimum per design.
Timing
After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. Order about four weeks before the trip. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve your proof.
Honest limits
Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we flag any design and fabric color that will not work at the proof stage. The minimum is 15 shirts per design for all-over sublimation, and 10 per design for logo customization. We do not print celebrity, brand or cartoon characters, or photos of people without their consent.
Common questions
What is the minimum order?
10 shirts per design for logo shirts and 15 for all-over shirts with names. Smaller groups often order 10 and keep spares.
Can the bride's shirt be different?
Yes, as a second design with its own minimum. The cheaper route is one design with BRIDE as her name on the back.
How early should we order?
About four weeks before the trip: delivery is 14–19 days after you approve the proof.
Can we put a photo of the bride on the shirt?
Only with her consent, and the photo must be yours to use. Sublimation prints photos in full color.
Can you deliver to the hotel or rental?
We deliver to one US address. Delivering to the organizer before the trip is safer than a hotel.
How much do custom group trip shirts cost?
All-over sublimation shirts are $29 each for 15–29, $25 for 30–49 and $22 for 50+, priced per design. Logo shirts are $18 each for 10–49. All prices are delivered duty paid to a US address: air shipping and import duties included.
Do more colors or more logos cost more?
No. Sublimation prints full color at the same price, so gradients, photos, patterns and extra logos cost the same as a one-color design.
How long does an order take?
About 14–19 days after you approve the proof: 5–10 days production plus about 9 days by air. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve for your date.
Can I use AI-generated artwork?
Yes. Send artwork from an AI image tool or your own design and we print it edge to edge. We check it and send a digital proof before anything is printed.
Will the DYEWAVE logo be on our shirts?
Yes. Every shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as in the examples on this page. The rest of the shirt is your design, printed from the proof you approve.
Can you invoice an organization?
Yes. You get one invoice from our US company, and we can provide a W-9 for vendor setup.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Prices on this page are delivered to a US address; other destinations are quoted per order.
