DYEWAVE is operated by SortLease LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. This page explains what information we collect when you use dyewave.com, why we collect it, which services help us process it, and the choices you have. Questions: sales@dyewave.com.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, group or company name, email, phone number, quantities, sizes, dates, ZIP code, design links and notes you enter in our quote form or send us by email or WhatsApp.
Email subscriptions: your name (if you give it), email address and the type of group you order for, when you subscribe on this site.
Design files and team rosters: artwork, logos, names, numbers and sizes you send us or build with our tools, so we can produce your order.
Orders and payments: order details and delivery address. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
Website usage: pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics (see below).

How we use it

To reply to quote requests, prepare free design proofs, produce and deliver your order, and provide support.
If you subscribed, to send deadline reminders, planning tips and offers for your type of group. Every subscription is double opt-in (you confirm by email first), and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages and products are useful, and to improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

Google Analytics (GA4) - anonymous website usage statistics.
Leadfeeder - identifies the companies (not individuals) that visit our site, from IP addresses, so we can follow up with business customers.
Zoho Campaigns - stores our email lists and sends subscription emails.
Web3Forms - delivers quote-form submissions to our email inbox.
Stripe - payment processing.
WhatsApp - if you choose to message us there, the conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics and Leadfeeder) and to remember simple choices, such as closing the cookie notice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. If you are visiting from the European Union, this notice is our way of telling you cookies are in use before you continue browsing.

Team rosters and minors

Team rosters may include the names and sizes of minors (for example, youth team players). We use roster information only to produce that order. Roster names are never added to any marketing list and never shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote and order records are kept while needed for production, delivery, reorders and accounting. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Design files are kept so returning groups can reorder the same design; ask us any time to delete yours.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, at any time.
Email sales@dyewave.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Ask a question about your order without subscribing to anything - subscribing is always optional.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
