Event shirts are different from uniforms

For everyday staff shirts, see our staff shirts and work uniforms. Event shirts are one design for one occasion, often louder, often with a date, and needed by a fixed day. Order by the event date, not by stock.

Several roles, several designs

Hackathons and conferences often want participants, mentors and staff in different colors. Each is its own design, with a 10-shirt minimum for logo shirts or 15 for all-over prints.

Every DYEWAVE shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as shown. Everything else is printed exactly from the proof you approve.

Purchasing and invoicing

You get one invoice from our US company, and we provide a W-9 for vendor setup. Shirts arrive at one US address with duties paid. Shipping to individual remote employees, or to addresses outside the US, is quoted per order.

Logos you send must be yours to use

We print your own logo, artwork and names. If you add partner or sponsor logos, you need their permission. We do not print logos of professional teams, colleges or other brands without written permission from the owner.

How ordering works

1. Send your logo and eventLogo, event name and date, and any roles that need different colors. No artwork? Use our free design service.
2. Send sizesSizes per design; names if you want them.
3. Approve the digital proofNothing is printed until you approve it, and any design or fabric-color problem is flagged here.
4. Production: 5–10 daysYour design is sublimated into the polyester, every shirt with its own name or number if you sent them.
5. Air delivery: about 9 daysShipped to your US door with duties paid, so nothing is due on arrival.

Pricing

All-over sublimation shirts, priced per design: your full design seam to seam, with names if you want them.

DDP means air shipping and US import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. Design help and the digital proof are free.

Simpler option, logo customization: if you only need your logo printed or embroidered on a shirt, that is $18 per shirt for 10–49, also delivered duty paid, with a 10-shirt minimum per design.

Timing

After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. Send the event date with your quote request; if the event is close, we tell you straight away whether the date can be met. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve your proof.

Honest limits

Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we flag any design and fabric color that will not work at the proof stage. The minimum is 15 shirts per design for all-over sublimation, and 10 per design for logo customization. Shipping to individual remote employees is quoted per order.
