Custom cycling club and charity ride shirts
Rider shirts for the charity ride, volunteer shirts for the rest stops, club shirts for the coffee ride. Sponsors on every shirt at no extra cost. Honest note: these are loose-fit tech shirts, not race-cut jerseys.

Who orders cycling shirts from us
Rider shirts in the registration packet, with every sponsor on the back.
Rest-stop and marshal shirts in a bright color riders can spot.
Club shirts for social rides, events and the post-ride coffee.
Shop ride and staff shirts in the shop's branding.
Tech shirts, not race jerseys
We make loose-fit polyester tech shirts. We do not make race-cut cycling jerseys with rear pockets, silicone grippers or full-length zips. For a charity ride packet, volunteers or club social wear, a tech shirt is what most riders wear off the bike anyway.
Sponsors on every shirt
Charity rides live on sponsors. Sublimation prints the whole shirt in full color at one price, so the sponsor grid costs nothing extra. Send the logo files and we lay them out on the proof.
Every DYEWAVE shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as shown. Everything else is printed exactly from the proof you approve.
Riders and volunteers in two colors
Volunteers should be easy to spot at rest stops and intersections. Order a rider design and a volunteer design in a bright color; each is its own design with its own minimum.
Logos you send must be yours to use
We print your own logo, artwork and names. Sponsor logos need the sponsor's permission. We do not print logos of professional teams, colleges or other brands without written permission from the owner.

Pricing
All-over sublimation shirts, priced per design: your full design seam to seam, with every sponsor logo.
| Quantity (per design) | Short sleeve, delivered (DDP) | Long sleeve, delivered (DDP) |
|---|---|---|
| 15–29 | $29 | $33 |
| 30–49 | $25 | $29 |
| 50+ | $22 | $26 |
DDP means air shipping and US import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. Design help and the digital proof are free.
Simpler option, logo customization: if you only need your logo printed or embroidered on a shirt, that is $18 per shirt for 10–49, also delivered duty paid, with a 10-shirt minimum per design.
Long sleeves add $4 per shirt at every quantity: $33, $29 and $26 for all-over print, and $22 for logo shirts (10–49).
Timing
After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. Rider shirts often go into registration packets: approve the proof at least three weeks before packet pickup. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve your proof.
Honest limits
Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we flag any design and fabric color that will not work at the proof stage. The minimum is 15 shirts per design for all-over sublimation, and 10 per design for logo customization. We make loose-fit tech shirts, not race-cut cycling jerseys or bib shorts.
Common questions
Do you make cycling jerseys with rear pockets?
No. We make loose-fit sublimated tech shirts, not race-cut jerseys with pockets, grippers or full zips.
How much are long-sleeve shirts?
$33 each for 15–29, $29 for 30–49 and $26 for 50+ per design, delivered duty paid; $22 for logo shirts (10–49).
Can we put all our sponsors on the shirt?
Yes, as many as fit legibly, with no per-logo fee.
Can volunteers have a different color?
Yes. A volunteer design is its own design with its own minimum.
How much do custom cycling event shirts cost?
All-over sublimation shirts are $29 each for 15–29, $25 for 30–49 and $22 for 50+, priced per design. Logo shirts are $18 each for 10–49. All prices are delivered duty paid to a US address: air shipping and import duties included.
Do more colors or more logos cost more?
No. Sublimation prints full color at the same price, so gradients, photos, patterns and extra logos cost the same as a one-color design.
How long does an order take?
About 14–19 days after you approve the proof: 5–10 days production plus about 9 days by air. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve for your date.
Can I use AI-generated artwork?
Yes. Send artwork from an AI image tool or your own design and we print it edge to edge. We check it and send a digital proof before anything is printed.
Will the DYEWAVE logo be on our shirts?
Yes. Every shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as in the examples on this page. The rest of the shirt is your design, printed from the proof you approve.
Can you invoice an organization?
Yes. You get one invoice from our US company, and we can provide a W-9 for vendor setup.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Prices on this page are delivered to a US address; other destinations are quoted per order.
