Every DYEWAVE shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as shown. Everything else is printed exactly from the proof you approve.
Paying as a church
You get one invoice from our US company, and we provide a W-9 for your records. Many trip teams fold the shirt into the trip fee: order once you know your team size.
Logos you send must be yours to use
We print your own logo, artwork and names. VBS curriculum themes and artwork belong to their publishers; use them only if your license allows printing on shirts, or ask us for an original design. We do not print logos of professional teams, colleges or other brands without written permission from the owner.

DDP means air shipping and US import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. Design help and the digital proof are free.
Simpler option, logo customization: if you only need your logo printed or embroidered on a shirt, that is $18 per shirt for 10–49, also delivered duty paid, with a 10-shirt minimum per design.
Timing
After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. VBS and summer trips: approve the proof by early May for June events. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve your proof.
Honest limits
Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we flag any design and fabric color that will not work at the proof stage. The minimum is 15 shirts per design for all-over sublimation, and 10 per design for logo customization. Tell us if you need small sizes for children; we confirm availability before the proof.

What is the minimum order for church shirts?

When should we order VBS shirts?
About 3–4 weeks before you need them: delivery is 14–19 days after you approve the proof. For June VBS, approve by early May.
Can we use our VBS curriculum artwork?
Only if your curriculum license allows printing it on shirts. Otherwise we can create an original design for free.
Do you have children's sizes?
Tell us the sizes you need; we confirm availability before the proof.
Can each team have a different color?
Yes. Each color is its own design with its own minimum.
How much do custom church shirts cost?
All-over sublimation shirts are $29 each for 15–29, $25 for 30–49 and $22 for 50+, priced per design. Logo shirts are $18 each for 10–49. All prices are delivered duty paid to a US address: air shipping and import duties included.
Do more colors or more logos cost more?
No. Sublimation prints full color at the same price, so gradients, photos, patterns and extra logos cost the same as a one-color design.
How long does an order take?
About 14–19 days after you approve the proof: 5–10 days production plus about 9 days by air. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve for your date.
Can I use AI-generated artwork?
Yes. Send artwork from an AI image tool or your own design and we print it edge to edge. We check it and send a digital proof before anything is printed.
Will the DYEWAVE logo be on our shirts?
Yes. Every shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as in the examples on this page. The rest of the shirt is your design, printed from the proof you approve.
Can you invoice an organization?
Yes. You get one invoice from our US company, and we can provide a W-9 for vendor setup.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Prices on this page are delivered to a US address; other destinations are quoted per order.
