School logos need the school's permission
School names, mascots and logos are usually controlled by the school or district, and many districts have a logo-use policy. Get the principal's or district's OK before you order, or ask us for an original design that uses school colors without the official logo.
Children's sizes
Spirit wear needs kids' sizes. Send the sizes you need with your quote request and we confirm availability for every size before the proof, so nothing is printed in a size we cannot supply.
Every DYEWAVE shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as shown. Everything else is printed exactly from the proof you approve.
Running a spirit wear sale
Most PTOs take preorders, then place one order per design. With a preorder you only buy what families paid for. Each design and color needs its own minimum: 10 for logo shirts, 15 for all-over print. One invoice from our US company; a W-9 for your treasurer.
Field day by color
Field day shirts often come in one color per grade. Each color is a separate design, so plan at least 10 shirts per color.
Logos you send must be yours to use
We print your own logo, artwork and names. School names, mascots and logos need the school's or district's permission; sponsor logos need the sponsor's. We do not print logos of professional teams, colleges or other brands without written permission from the owner.

DDP means air shipping and US import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay when the box arrives. Design help and the digital proof are free.
Simpler option, logo customization: if you only need your logo printed or embroidered on a shirt, that is $18 per shirt for 10–49, also delivered duty paid, with a 10-shirt minimum per design.
Timing
After you approve the digital proof, production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, so shirts typically arrive 14–19 days after approval. Back-to-school, spirit weeks and spring field days book up: approve the proof at least three weeks ahead. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve your proof.
Honest limits
Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation inks are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics; we flag any design and fabric color that will not work at the proof stage. The minimum is 15 shirts per design for all-over sublimation, and 10 per design for logo customization. School logos are printed only with permission. Children's size availability is confirmed before the proof.

How much do custom spirit wear shirts cost?
All-over sublimation shirts are $29 each for 15–29, $25 for 30–49 and $22 for 50+, priced per design. Logo shirts are $18 each for 10–49. All prices are delivered duty paid to a US address: air shipping and import duties included.
Do more colors or more logos cost more?
No. Sublimation prints full color at the same price, so gradients, photos, patterns and extra logos cost the same as a one-color design.
How long does an order take?
About 14–19 days after you approve the proof: 5–10 days production plus about 9 days by air. Use the deadline calculator to find the last day to approve for your date.
Can I use AI-generated artwork?
Yes. Send artwork from an AI image tool or your own design and we print it edge to edge. We check it and send a digital proof before anything is printed.
Will the DYEWAVE logo be on our shirts?
Yes. Every shirt carries a small DYEWAVE mark on the sleeve and at the back neck, as in the examples on this page. The rest of the shirt is your design, printed from the proof you approve.
Can you invoice an organization?
Yes. You get one invoice from our US company, and we can provide a W-9 for vendor setup.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Prices on this page are delivered to a US address; other destinations are quoted per order.
